As an agent, my job is to help buyers fall in love with your home. The most successful listings do more than tell them the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. They tell a story that helps buyers see themselves living there.
Say your home has a back porch. I could just write “gorgeous back porch.” But it’s even better to say something like, “Kick off your day with a hot cup of coffee on this home’s gorgeous back porch.” It draws you in, doesn’t it?
That’s why I like to hear more from my clients about their homes than just the amenities. It helps me write a compelling listing that will sell your home for more money and faster.
