Do you ever watch that Househunters International? One of my pet peeves about buyers on that show is when they reject a whole house because they don’t like the color of the walls. You can paint walls!

Unfortunately, that attitude isn’t confined to reality TV. Unappealing wall colors can turn off regular buyers, too. They may not even realize that the wall color is what’s turning them off about your house.

That’s why I always recommend that my clients paint their interiors with neutral, bright colors. It may not be the most exciting, but it does improve your chances of selling quickly!
