Since the housing market collapsed a decade ago, it has been struggling to regain its lost position. Since early 2020, the market has reached new heights. The US real estate market has grown by $11.3 trillion (more than 50%) and is now valued at $33.6 trillion, equal to the combined GDP of the United States and China, the world’s two largest economies.
