We might be in a sellers market, but that doesn’t mean you should cut corners. Here are a few things I promise to NEVER DO:

🤞 Drag out deadlines to the point where buyers are actually pulling offers.
🤞 Ignore my phone when there are interested agents or buyers on the line.
🤞 Take your listing photos with my phone or with bad lighting.
