Can I switch agents in the middle of the buying process?
Generally, the buyers have the right to presentation.
Whether you can switch or not will depend at what stage of the process or if there is any written agreement involved.

Some buyers go into a home buyer’s agency agreement. If you did, make sure to revisit the terms.

If you did not and the agent has only shown you properties but hasn’t made any offers on behalf of you yet, there is a possibility that you can still switch without the agent claiming the original commission.
