Do’s:
✅ Trust your realtor about the sales price
✅ Get your home ready for professional photography
✅ Ask your realtor questions, no matter how detailed, you might not get answered from a quick google search.

Don’ts
❌ Hide major repairs.
❌ Miss out on buyers because your house wasn’t presentable.
❌ Get emotional with feedback about your home.
