You might find the pictures of your kids in the hall charming and totally love having your gifts from family on display, but buyers that walk through your home want to picture it how they would want it. Consider hiring a home stager to help you get your place in tip-top shape before it’s time for the big day.

🏠 Play the agent field. Hiring the wrong agent is a disaster waiting to happen. Take your time in picking out the right realtor for you and be sure to ask lots of questions!
