It’s better to come prepared, right?

The idea of buying a house and the craziness that would go with it is a long process but getting your ducks in a row may make that process smoother.

Don’t go looking for a house without knowing how much you can afford. A pre-approval letter from a qualified lender will increase your chances.

Agents and sellers prefer to show a house to a buyer who comes bearing a pre-approval letter because it shows that a buyer is financially capable and ready to make an offer.

Although there is no rule about going to an open house without it, why risk it when you can drastically increase your chances.
